We will gladly accept your return and issue a full credit for the cost of the merchandise you are returning. Returns must be sent within 5 days of your receipt of your order. Understandibly we cannot, however, give credit for the cost of shipping unless the merchandise is deffective.
We must be notified within 5 days if your shipment arrived damaged or contents are broken. All boxes and packaging contents must be saved for inspection by the carrier. We will immediately replace any broken or damaged items. Depending on the dollar amount of the shipment we will notify you if the carrier will pick up the damaged carton/items.
** - If you are returning an order that was purchased in bulk or quantity, a 20% restocking fee will be applicable plus any "free to you" shipping costs that we may have incurred if you changed your mind about the order.
If there is a problem with customized or Logo items or items sent directly from our supplier, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Please look at all merchandise carefully upon receipt.
